  I am so happy I found Chad and complete PT. I had a gruesome knee injury that required 2 surgeries, and Chad was knowledgeable and helpful through every step of the way. I’ve been disappointed with other chains, where you may or may not see the same therapist every week. Complete PT is the only place I’ll ever go in the future to ensure the best results.

  Chad R. Smith is a GEM! I have been seen many Physical therapists over the years for sports related injuries, he is in a league of his own! His extraordinary care, professionalism, and overall concern has guided me to health countless times. Chad pays attention to detail, explains reason for every exercise and adapts and adjusts based on your progress. He gave me tools to strengthen my body to the point my pain is almost non-existent. His professionalism and friendly demeanor is a great asset, as you feel welcomed and comfortable at all times! Chad now sees my 11 year old son, who is a multi-sport athlete and continues to work his magic to keep him on the field. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience there and am delighted to have the chance to offer feedback. If you need a great physical therapist, look no further, this is the only place to go!

  Highly recommend! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable environment. Went for my knee then went back a couple of years later for my shoulder.
