  Dr. Edgar is very compassionate, caring, patient, and really cares about helping you. She reviews the documentation about your health issues prior to your visit and is prepared to listen to you. She never rushes you during your appointment. Excellent experience.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. I took my son in for a consult. We walked in and the front staff was not welcoming and there was just major annoyance and unfriendliness. The physician was ok but she suggested all these different medications for my son and she stated all the side effects they have including chest pain but she was adamant for him to try them. She ordered an MRI for my son and I was told the office would call me once they obtain an authorization. So it's been about a week later and still no call from the office. I work in a medical office and it takes me about 20 min to obtain an authorization for any imaging so when I called to check the status, major attitude and they told me it would take 2 weeks to obtain an authorization. I couldn't believe it. 2 weeks??? I spoke to the supervisor to basically tell her how unprofessional the staff were and just constant attitude....Well she wasn't friendlier and she was just as mean and unprofessional. I then told her to cancel everything and I will go somewhere else. Never again!!

  Absolutely horrendous customer service. 1. Violate HIPPA laws by blatantly talking bad about the patients in front of the entire waiting room 2. Talk about their fellow employees in front of the waiting room 3. NEVER GIVE YOUR DOCTOR A PHONE MESSAGE 4. NEVER GAVE MY MOM LIDOCAINE BEFORE BOTOX INJEXTIONS "accidentally" 5. NEVER CALL YOU BACK. MUST GO INTO OFFICE IN PERSON TO GET ANYTHING DONE 6. Left me all weekend without medication for a severely herniated, stenosic, arthritic and painful neck due to lack of patient care and understanding. (They also knew I had a newborn at home bc I told them and still didn't care) STAY AWAY!!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. For my first appointment I didn't end up seeing the doctor until 2 hours after my scheduled time and had to cancel my dinner plans because of the long wait. I understand that sometimes doctors can fall behind depending on how long each patient takes so I didn't complain. I then made my appointment for today at 9am because I didn't want to wait for long again and I was told it was her first appointment. When I got there the nurses didn't even arrive until 9:15 to open the office and let everyone that was waiting in the hallway inside. By 9:30 I had asked one of the nurses how much longer I'd have to wait and she said she didn't know and that it depended on whenever the doctor came in. So not only did I still have to wait 30 minutes even though I was the first appointment but THE DOCTOR WASN'T EVEN THERE YET. Needless to say I had them cancel my appointment and walked out. If you don't mind waiting around for a doctor and her staff that clearly don't care about their patients and their patients schedules then this is the place for you but if not then I suggest you find another doctor who is aware of her responsibilities and knows how to look at a clock and show up on time.

  My fiancé went in for his first appointment with Dr. Silverstein and she was absolutely amazing with both her bedside manner and diagnosis.
