  Waited one hour and a half just for results. Otherwise ok. Later in the week had a tooth extracted. Best dental experience ever

  Their newest development was to get rid of the phlebotomy company that was there so now they have to farm me out to a different location just to get blood tested. They refused my medical records sent to them twice because they won't accept discs? Now they are lost. It took my pharmacy a week to get my scrips refilled. Worst telecenter ever. The local number for monopolis location never picks up and never calls me back. Posting a full complaint would be an essay. This is the first time I am literally firing doctor over a medical management company.

  Camera in the examination room (see picture). When i went there for my well women's exam which includes a breast exam and pap smear, I was taken to a room with camera. I asked the Physician's assistant (not given doctor) if that was a camera above the examination table and was told, "No." I undressed and put on gown. The assistant also didn't respect my privacy and watched the PA's failed attempt to perform the Pap. I was never referred for a colonoscopy eventhough I asked and am at risk. Unknown to me when I applied for the reduced medical assistance program, the picture from my driver's license was scanned into the system without my consent or knowledge. The intake person said she needed to keep my id for my interview and she scanned it and nobody told me. It's not nice how they operate.

  The employees are really nice, and very accommodating. Superior endocrinologist, Dr Susan Dubois. Unlike most doctor she will take the time to answer all your questions.

  I came here, not to a doctor's appointment, but for getting my taxes done for free. They have people working there for the IRS during tax season. They were very polite and knowledgeable people! Helped me get my needed documents together and made sure I had the return I was supposed to get. Thank you!
