  I am so glad I found Community Nursing Agency for my mom. Soney and Nalini have assessed our needs very carefully and they were able to find a very caring, kind, loyal and compassionate caregiver for my mother. Hanna, our caregiver, has been awesome from day 1 and we have 0 complaints. Mom seems much happier and I appreciate all Hanna is doing with the preparation of her meals because now mom is not skipping any of her meals anymore. Soney who is the Supervisor of this agency along with her assistant Nalini are both phenomenal. I remembered during the transition period of getting all the paper work, etc. completed, both of them were always there with me every step of the way and made the process so easy. No calls or questions will be left unanswered or will not be returned in a timely manner. This is how efficient and professional this agency is.   The staff there is very nice and helpful. They try their best to help you with any questions you might have. Definitely the best homecare agency in NYC. I give them a A++

  The staff has always been professional and efficient. They make you feel like family. I have only the best experience with Community Nursing Agency. In my opinion they are one of the few honest agency's out there. Soney and Nalini are always available, extremely helpful, listen to my concerns and i know they have the best interest in mind for me and my love ones. I would highly recommend Community Nursing Agency to anyone for all their home care services.
