  i got time today so ..... this clinic lacks professionalism at all levels. The lady i spoke to named Vanessa was completely rude for no reason. The employees you have working front desk duties are the face of the clinic. WHO WOULD WANT TO GO HERE IF YOU'RE RUDE FROM THE START? NO THANKS

  I'm an actual employee! I'm the Social Worker of this clinic and am a licensed LMSW and I'm going to tell you why you are waiting an extremely long time to get your healthcare needs met. THEY TRIPLE BOOK THE DOCTORS!!!! So if you think you're going to have your dedicated time at this non-profit clinic then you're absolutely WRONG! They care about making money!! They're making you wait not only because of the doctors they're triple booking, but there's only one phlebotomist to do your bloodwork for multiple providers. And that is not fair to you or the phlebotomist!!!!! But CHN wants to overwork their workers and as a result, you're suffering!!! So if you're a patient or was considering being a patient I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU TO GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!! Urban Horizon is another clinic provider around and a new urgent care openned up down the block. But I'm seriously telling you.... STAY AWAY FROM CHN!!!!

  they re very helpful they might get busy and could take long to make appointment but still I like this place. Nurses, doctors as front desk all very polite !

  I did my prenatal care there. I decided to go there because they had late appointment but they don’t have the right equipment to heard the baby’s heart, not good connections with hospital to do the sonogram or to give u the results. ( they do not have equipment to do sonogram) They don’t recommend to take classes to breastfeed or prepare you for delivery. I ask to change a information that they had wrong in the system. They never did it.

  Although this 5 star review may be a thorn sticking out in a cluster of low stars, I would like to remind anyone reading this, that this is is about my experience alone. And should not be thought of as a challenge to anyone's low rating. Now about my experience, each time I visited the clinic I haven't met with a problem with the front desk personnel. The doctors themselves are helpful. It's a good clinic from my point of view.
