  They never never Answer their stupid phone, they have multiple location and I cannot reach any of them through phone. The longest I have been on hold was 46 minutes and then I hung up because still no one was answering. And they have terrible service .

  Just moved to Maryland and was visiting places to get information about getting birth control, and decided to stop here first...bad idea. I walked up to the counter and told the lady i didnt have an appointment. She cut me off and told me to 'sign in'. She never made eye contact. I said I only had a few questions and she told me to sign in again. She was very rude, but i took a seat anyhow. I thought about it again and decided to just leave. Horrible experience from a clinic that claims to be 'friendly and customer-oriented' Would never recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed.
