::No cars in their lot. Im on Oxygen.left handicap spot open.. gone 20mins come back, car is gone. .me on video with oxygen canister and they ok to toe! This bank needs to move. Can access anyway!

::I just moved to Arvada and Intended to open an account here today. I parked in the parking lot and ran to Penzeys across the street first. Within 5 mins there was a tow truck preparing my car for towing. The tow truck driver told me the staff said to tow my car. He ended up releasing it when I told him I was going to the bank. Because of this experience I will never open an account here. There are several banks in Arvada where I feel comfortable doing business without worrying about my car being towed.

::So the bank manager was very rude and hateful to me. My husband had just deposited a check and we were parked behind the bank looking up places to get lunch before driving off. A man approached our vehicle and told us to move our car or else it was going to be towed and the parking area was for customers only( We are customers and we have been parked MAYBE 10 minutes). He then told us he would have someone there in 10 minutes to tow our car (by the way we are sitting in the car, a/c on) and I made the comment that no one would be towing the car with us inside it. He then threatened to have our car towed with us in it. I got out and followed the man back into the bank and the man that was so rude to us just so happens to be the BANK MANAGER. So needless to say we are not doing business with them anymore. I will be going to another location and closing my account. Seriously, I have no clue why he decided to come at us like that, but I feel extremely offended and despite the excellent customer service we have always experienced this one isolated event has made me not even want to come here anymore.
