  Our food was pretty decent, the service was just okay. I had fish and chips. The fish was okay but not great. The tartar sauce and the slaw served with it were both fantastic. The decor in the restaurant was a little odd - very mismatchy but not in the best way. A convenient location.

  This is what common restaurants aspire for. This is simply a four star bar that serves food. Not only is the food itself fantastic, but the presentation is of five star quality. The menus consistently change while always remaining both satisfying in quantity as well as quality. They cater to more than one religion's dietary restrictions and routinely are regarded as some of the best food in midtown Detroit. The entire service area is refurbished with all new tables, chairs booths, floors, windows and curtains. The restrooms are freshly painted and all have new sinks and vanities. The only thing that hasn't been recently replaced is the floors, though they made of a desireably classy cobblestone brick pattern. It would also appear that they host classy swing dance events in tandem with Wayne State University.
