  I was referred to Jeff Peterson by my great real estate agent (Ivadel Nivek) about a capital gain tax exemption (1031 exemption). It was 8:45 pm and I decided to call and leave a message. To my great surprise, Mr Peterson himself answered my call and spent 15 minutes explaining things to us and sharing his knowledge on how we can save our gains.
