  AWFUL. FUMING trying to change my bank account info and actually told by multiple reps that they can't help me. GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL THAT WILL ACTUALLY HELP ME. I've been dealing with issues every month since I got my first bill from these people. I would've taken my son to a different ER if I knew I'd be dealing with this bank every month.

  Stay away from this bank. They are about fees and poor customer service.

  Dealing with Commerce Bank is the biggest headache you will ever receive, setup is easy but once they have you, they're worthless.

  was closed definitively, it was a commercial office not of a banking agency
