::My stay was short and I spent hardly any time in the hotel other than sleeping. Therefore, I cannot comment on anything unrelated to a good night sleep. The room, carpet, bathroom were clean. The bed, pillows and linen were nice and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. They have an elaborate breakfast in the morning in an expansive dining area. This hotel is located right off I-80, which is convenient. Downtown Omaha is nearby. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again. Second stay: I stayed at the hotel for few more nights. I had the same great experience. I liked their beds and mentioned that to the general manager, Lou Ayala. He said that they are all less than 6 months old. By the way, Lou is a super helpful gentleman.

::Touring comedian Lee Ali recently stayed here while performing in Omaha and had a great stay! The room was perfect and the floor was very quiet. The staff was awesome and very friendly considering the really late check-in, and even provided a late check-out so our client could take full advantage of the free breakfast, laundry room, and indoor pool in the morning!

::We stayed in Comfort Inn in Clarksville, Tennessee Wednesday night. We really enjoyed our stay, and were told of a promotion going on. If we stayed in a Choice hotel for two nights before May 25, we would get a third night free. Needless to say, we came into Omaha looking for Comfort Inn. We found and stayed in Comfort Inn and Suites. The suite was wonderful. We found ourselves wishing we could stay longer. The service was excellent from check-in to checkout. The girls in the breakfast room were especially friendly. We left feeling really good about our stay.

::The Comfort Inn in Omaha was so very hospitable! They staff was courteous and kind when helping us out at every turn. Each guest is greeted with a complimentary beverage at the attached Firewater grill and tiki bar (which also had some delicious food offerings). Speaking of food, the daily complimentary breakfast was also well above what one might expect offering a wide variety of hot and fresh options. The hotel is located right off of I-80 just a short drive from downtown and near to plenty of dining external options, as well. As for the rooms, they were well maintained and spacious. The beds were quite comfortable and clean. All in all, this was a perfect stop for us in Omaha. No complaints here!

::Called to try and get my daughter, one who is under 21 and traveling alone, a room. The lady at the front desk on 30 Jan at 7:24 p.m. wasn’t very helpful, especially after she said they couldn’t book her. I was on the phone with my daughter as she went in to try and book as well and she was given attitude after she asked her age. This upset her and she walked out. This is when I called for an assist. I understand the policy and tried to work with her as she said they will not book her due to her age and she hung up on me as I was talking. Called a comfort Inn up the street and they were willing to help out. The lady at the front desk, Miranda, was very helpful. Though they couldn’t book my daughter due to her pet, she was willing to call another hotel for me and hook her up. I’ve stayed at a few Comfort Inns and Miranda would be the only reason to book and stay at more. She had an awesome attitude and assisted the best way she could. Hats off to this young lady but thumbs down to this place. Hopefully the rest of the staff is way better than the one you had this evening.
