  Great service! Staff is very friendly, great location since I go to the transplant center here for testing. Will be back for sure. Enjoyed my stay.

  The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived early and within a few minutes they had a room ready for us. The room wss surprisingly roomy. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was great.

  Very spacious rooms. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Everything is updated. The breakfast was extraordinary, one of the best free breakfast I've had in a long time. TVs in the room are a little smaller than usual. Parking was easy.

  I was really disappointed with our two night stay. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that were much nicer. The staff was wonderful, but other than that, I wasn't impressed. The photos of the rooms are decieving. The rooms are small, the bathroom was a half bath with cracks in the plaster. You could very clearly see where a hole in the bathroom door had been hastily patched. The vanity and sink were outside the bathroom and again, it was small. I found the beds to be hard and uncomfortable, the TV remote sucked and my "view" (which I paid more for) was pitiful. The hotel itself isn't the easiest place to find. It's very small, dwarfed by the other buildings around it. If you have a larger vehicle (we have a 3/4 ton lifted truck), be careful because the entrance parking spaces and drive are small. We did have garage parking which was nice, but it was rather shabby. The elevators and furniture were nice, the hotel was clean, and as I mentioned before, the staff was great, but you can just tell that this building is very old (you can smell it too). Honestly, we won't stay at this Comfort Inn on our next visit to Memphis. I had such high hopes!

  This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Memphis. It is very close to all major attractions including the civil rights museum. The rooms are very clean and spacious! In addition, it is very quiet despite being on a busy street. The popular Beale St. is just 5 mi away. There is a trolly that you can ride to different surrounding attractions for only $1. The breakfast was your traditional continental breakfast. The only downfall is parking. It is very limited space. Overall I highly recommend.
