  Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Worst customer service and house keeping. Breakfast tasted like jail house food. Definitely do not recommend staying here.

  Very nice property. Free breakfast and parking. Closest location to Alliance City Hospital. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

  Proximidad a la autopista, cercanía de centro comercial con buena oferta gastronómica. El servicio es muy bueno, así como el desayuno, las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias. Muy recomendable para pasar unos días.

  Have stayed there a couple of times. First time was great. Second time had an issue with message light on phone. Could not get it turned off .Neither could lady at desk. She said she would be up to disconnect phone and let it reset and that should work. I told her I could do that. Did all she suggested and still had 2 red flashing lights I was going to have to try to sleep with. Said she would contact Mgr. for suggestions. Did not hear anything until I ask next morning as I headed to hospital where husband was. Covered phone by bed with towel as cell was dead and did not want to disconnect phones if needed at hospital. Morning lady at desk said Mgr would be in that day and take care of it. I had been told that it was clear on phone display how to correct it. Our phones had no display. Lady brought phone from other room, still no display, changed nothing. The manager apparently did not check and see we still had old phones in our room as they were updating them with phones with display. Next night disconnected phones. Was there 5 nights, other than that both times with staff have been excellent!

  My family and I were there for a thanksgiving celebration with friends and family from out of town. We had a great time. The staff was helpful and very professional. They conference room and bar areas where we were eating and socializing was clean and well kept. The bathrooms were well stocked and clean. My only complaint was that I slammed my finger in the bathroom door while leaving, which was my own fault, and had nothing to do with the facility itself. All in all, it was a great experience!
