  Staff friendly,helpful. Has some of the freshest and best breakfast foods. Carpet dirty. Smells of dog. Beds comfortable. Cleanliness questionable. I bring my own clorox.

  This Comfort Inn was very clean, didn't have a musty odor like some places I've stayed at, Desk Clerk was very helpful, the rooms, although very near I-40, were very quiet where we were located (3rd Floor, at the rear of the building, everything in our room was clean and working as expected and the breakfast bar was kept full thanks to a sweet older lady which did an awesome job! This is the first one that we've stayed at that we didn't find something amiss once we walked in to spend the night..... Thanks Choice Hotels, you've got a winner with this location. We will definitely check here first when we have to travel to Nashville, TN.....

  I normally shy away from comfort and quality inns because of iffy experiences in the past. However this comfort inn exceeded my expectations. Rooms were much more clean well kept than expected. The staff was also great at this location. Even received a courtesy call to make sure I was satisfied with my room and everything. Breakfast was also slightly better than some choice hotels I have stayed in. With proper expectations this is a good place to stay.

  When we discovered the wheelchair accessible room was too narrow in some areas for the standard wheelchair we had with us, the guy at the front desk was a huge help. He offered to upgrade us to a suite without any extra charge. The suite was amazing and he gave us a 2pm checkout time because we are platinum members. Excellent hotel and their breakfast was very nice too. Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Tennessee.

  Comfy place, well decorated, very clean, but best of all, great hospitality. When we arrived at 8pm, there was already a campfire going out back. Papa joe, as he likes to be called, invited us to join them and roast marshmallows. He is an entertaining character with lots of stories. He and his wife were also very knowledgeable about all the local trails and even gave us maps. Behind the house is a very large forested area. We ate breakfast out back, enjoying the view into the woods. Only stayed one night, but very pleasant.
