  I love this place e my only issue is there are not enough outlets! The staff are all friendly and it's always clean and the beds are comfortable. Plus it's very easy to get to. I feel like I need to bring a power strip with me next time...

  Quiet place to stay. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is helpful. Love having a coffee pot in the room but sure wish the coffee was stronger :)

  Aside from a really nice man named Edward at the front desk, nothing about this place is even remotely positive. The hotel is only about 10 minutes from downtown, but still manages to feel like you’re in a part of the city that has been abandoned. There are potholes the size of craters all over the road in and the parking lot. The hotel itself looks like It was built in 1970 and left there. The “gym” is about 12 square feet with equipment that doesn’t work. The pool was green most of the time. The other tenants were not the most upstanding people ( which I know isn’t necessarily the hotels fault. Business is Business but still....) and the whole place smelled like weed for about 2 days. Also, the customer service was next to none. I left a necklace in my room that was very special to me, and called the very same day, and was told that no one but the GM handled lost and found, and to call back when she was in. It took me 5 days to finally get ahold of her, and when I did, she put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I had to call again the next day only for here to tell me that nobody had it and it couldn’t have been in the room because someone cleaned it and would have seen it, even though this wasn’t an “I think I left something here, can you check?” Situation. It was an “I left something in this exact spot that looks exactly like this. Can you grab it because I 100% know it’s there” situation. Overall, if this wasn’t booked for me through work, I would have checked out the first night and found somewhere else.

  Noticed there were drainage issues in the bathtub when I arrived and had already unpacked. Front desk rep put us up in another room free and quickly with no static. That was nice. Simple and clean. No frills. Pool was nice. Front lobby sitting area was nice too.

  Great place to stay when visiting Indianapolis. Clean and we'll maintained facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to roads that quickly take you into Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Moderately priced. I stay here several times a year and recommend it.
