  I had a wonderful experience with Comfort Experts. They responded very quickly when I called for furnace repair. We needed to order a part and they were very good at keeping me updated as to the status of the part and were back at my house to finish the repair as soon as the part was in. I will definitely use their service again.

  Had a new system installed a few weeks ago. The installation techs were courteous and professional. No complaints with installation. However, it was somewhat hard to get in touch with the sales staff that had sold me the system. It had taken almost a week to get a call back.

  Great group of people to work with. Over the phone, everyone is always upbeat, positive and friendly. The techs have always been efficient and professional and arrive in a timely manner. Well run business!!!

  Comfort Experts came out for the regular maintenance of my AC / Heat Pump system. The tech was very courteous and a genuinely great guy. My neighborhood has recently been experiencing "power surges". One was so bad it fried several power strips in my home and tripped several breakers. I asked the tech what he recommended I do because I was concerned about damaging my AC unit and my PC and other electronics. He said that he could install a whole-house surge suppression unit. I told him that would be excellent. He quoted the cost which I approved, and he installed it immediately. I was impressed! I thought I was going to have to wait at least 2 weeks while parts were on order, but he had everything with him. I will continue to use Comfort Experts for s my AC/Heating system.

  Very thorough. Call ahead to verify that I'm home and available. Tech took me up stairs to go over everything. Great company. Look for their special service pricing in the mail. Unbelievable deals. Thanks Comfort Experts!
