::READ THIS FIRST. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CLOTHES. I took a large amount of clothes to them on July 1st 2017 to be dry cleaned. I picked up my clothes and hung them in the closet before a big trip. Then when I got home, I pulled out a light blue dress to wear that evening, fresh out of the plastic. I had worn this dress one time for exactly 3 hours for a very special occasion, and that is it. The dress now had huge purple stains ALL OVER the front and back, horribly visible even with the floral design. There was a small tag at the top of the dress that stated "sorry, we are aware of the stain but can't fix it." Suggesting that I dropped it off that way. NO. I was angry for two reasons: 1. At the time of pick up, I was NOT notified of the stain. 2. It was addressed with some sloppy little tag suggesting the stain already existed, refusing to claim responsibility. When I took the dress back in for a refund and compensation, the manager Joe offered to try and remedy the dress: "we'll fix it in a few days, and give you a call." That was on a Monday. I waited a WHOLE WEEK and received no call. So when I returned to the cleaners the following Monday, they offered me my dress which WAS STILL STAINED. They offered me store credit, which I promptly refused, explaining: "I will not be bringing my clothes back here, since you damaged them in the first place." When I asked for compensation, the worker offered me a form to fill out which "MAY result in compensation AFTER AT LEAST SIX WEEKS. Also we keep your dress." NO. Just no. I work in the service industry and this is absolutely absurd. Here's why Comet Cleaners: 1. Lack of communication, both when the stain occurred and when I was not contacted after a week of trying to "fix it." 2. Lack of care, both when the stain occurred to a one of a kind dress that I'd only one once, and when discussing compensation. All the worker offered me was "aw I'm so sorry. Here's the form. It's going to take a while." 3. Poor policy when handling damaged clothing (which I'm sure is frequent). You need an immediate solution for a problem YOU created. Six weeks to POSSIBLY offer payment while keeping the merchandise is ridiculous. If you caused the mistake, you should pay of out pocket. Period. So please, if you value your clothing, take it somewhere else.

::4weeks back I gave them 9 shirts and they returned me 8. One is missing. Even they were returning me another 10 pieces of cloths that are not mine. I have filled their claim form with a photo of my shirt. They said once they will get it, they will call me otherwise they will give me a check of equal price of my shirt. After that I been there 2 times for it but they said still they are looking. Till now they haven't call me.

::A friend told me "He goes here simply because there the best". I am now a regular customer and the quality of service has been very impressive.
