  I went for my first time, i wasn't sure what would be a good wine for me that is semi sweet since im very picky but I wanted to try something new. I met this gentleman Alex at the cashier he recommended me a merlot wine and i thank him so much, that is one of my favorite now.

  This is a great place if you like paying $4 a bottle more than you should. I can get Joel Gott cabernet sauvignon for $15-$19 at most wine stores in Manhattan. But it's $22 here. Dr. Loosen riesling usually sells for $12-$13, but it's $16(!) here. On average, this place seems to charge 20-25% more than other wine stores in Manhattan. It seems to do a lot of business, so I'm not sure why. I generally go to the wine store at Broadway & 175th now. Better prices & good selection there.
