  Beautiful sunsets on the water with pretty boats at the marina, along with a view of the Pentagon. The shore has an indoor outdoor seating cafe with a pergola and "tiki bar". Very good food. Dog friendly (not in the cafe seating but at the outer picnic tables). Live music Thursday evenings and sometimes Fri, Sat and Sun, reggae etc -- give them a call at Columbia Island Marina cafe. Great date spot.
