  My husband and I stayed here for a 3 nights. The first night I tried to run a bath and it took forever for the water to get hot. Then I noticed water on the floor in front of the toilet, I noticed again in the middle of the night and then again in the morning. We told the front desk as we were leaving for a couple hours and they sent someone to look at it. We got back and there was still water on the floor. They told us nothing was wrong and sent housekeeping to mop it. I left and came back after awhile and THE FLOOR WAS WET AGAIN. I went back to the front desk and told them, they finally switched our room. I get to the new room, went to shut the door and the chain lock falls right apart. Then when we went to go to sleep the bed sheet had rips! Will never stay here again.

  Nice place with great view of Monument Circle. Staff are generally nice. Valet staff was very helpful, especially helping to move props and gifts. Elevators are spacious. Food was good.

  Beautiful venue for a meeting, delicious hors d'oeuvres and well poured drinks. It has a very classy yet still relaxed atmosphere.

  The Columbia Club was absolutely beautiful and the staff was top notch. The food was decent but very safe. I very much enjoyed my experience there.

  Beautiful historic building. Rooms are clean, bed was very firm. Large fluffy pillows, great for watching TV, not so well for sleeping. Did not have good water pressure in the shower. We had an amazing - way above average breakfast- great chef!
