  We have been trying to close an account with CSBT for months. It has a paltry amount of money in it but they have put up roadblocks at every step, including blocking access to the account online. Customer Service, if you are reading this you need to get in touch with us right away. FRUSTRATED!!! ****UPDATE**** We were contacted shortly after this review was posted. I am grateful for the help and have concluded our business with CSB. Thanks to the gentleman who called and helped us get that straightened out.

  They are friendly enough, but really can't do much for you unless you want basic banking. I used to love working with CSBT, but I have been getting awful service, assistance and progression with my mortgage. I plan to go elsewhere with my business. Everything seems to need to be done on the phone, but don't expect to speak to anyone, and machines don't really answer questions.

  This bank is for moderate people on fixed incomes, not businesses that deal with large sums of money. They don't care about local businesses. Never anyone that can get things done immediately. Always at least a couple days before anyone gets back to you. Too many banks downtown that want you as a customer to deal with this kind of nonsense.
