  I have received outstanding care so far. Dr Will has coordinated my care with my dentist and orthodontist so I am completely comfortable with my treatment plan. The staff is friendly and professional. One would hope to never need periodontal services, but if you do, I highly recommend Dr Will and Colorado Periodontal Associates.

  I highly recommend Dr. Saunders. Not many people look forward to seeing a periodontist, however, when they have an issue with their mouth and need help, this is the practice of choice! Not only are they very professional, but they are always welcoming and supportive of their patients.

  This is more of a public service announcement that if you go here, call your insurance company and ask them if the code written on your 'active treatment plan' is covered. The staff here is not actually getting quotes from your insurance when they tell you what you should expect to pay. It took me all of 2 minutes to call my insurance and find out they were WRONG and this procedure was not covered. Post surgery, now that my bill is due, I was of course surprised by the true total. I called and spoke to who I believe is the/an office manager. I was told that "we do our best" when quoting what the patient will pay, but it sure doesn't seem like it to me. I advised that since they aren't getting true insurance quotes, they should tell clients to call themselves and point out the code they could ask their insurance if it covers. Seems kind and simple enough. I was met with a patronizing attitude and would highly doubt that my suggestions are put into action. Ultimately, I feel like the way they word everything is pulling a fast one on people using official looking forms, talking fast, using technical jargon etc. when it comes to cost. As far as the actual medical procedure, I am not completely finished with the dental treatments to know if I have the full results from my periodontal surgery, so I won't speak to that in this review.

  Dr Saunders and Mai were extremely friendly and courteous, explaining everything thoroughly. My concerns were that no one introduced themselves and the computer facing the patient chair had patients’s schedules on it—a HIPPA concern. Otherwise, office was very clean and it was so nice to have both sparkling and regular water available.

  Everyone here is the best!! From help understanding insurance benefits, front desk, hygienist, to Doctor- all go above and beyond to take care of patients and provide information necessary to have success going forward!! Appreciate the wonderful service!
