::Rating this 5 stars so it gets shown. Michael Tracy McFadden, 46 raped little children and was sentenced to 300 years in prison but let out over a technicality. What was the technicality? McFadden’s defense team had submitted a jury questionnaire designed to determine whether trial jurors could be fair to their client considering his past, The judge in the case failed to read the questionnaire until prosecutors and defense lawyers were already halfway through the jury selection process. So basically the judge stalled the trial. The judge who is not being named, all I have to say is hope it was worth it. Sounds like McFadden might know something about certain appellate court judges. Who In their right mind would let this guy out. Besides it was his lawyers who caused the delay with the questionnaire. Don't worry tho. We the World will remember this man's name, face, and age and he will NEVER get away judgement from GOD. 😊

::Under the Statute for Judicial Retention, anyone who has been in front of a judge shall receive a survey from the Administrative division of the Colorado Supreme Court to comment on that judge yet the Supreme Court has approved a "rule" that only attorneys that have an appeal receive the surveys; pro-se litigants who file an appeal are not sent surveys, in unlawful violation of the law. One could easily assert that every Colorado judge on the bench through a violation of the Judicial Retention process has committed a Fraud on the Court and brings into question every decision they have ever made.
