Crashed the front of my 4Runner and although it took a month to repair ($10,000 worth of damage), I wanted the job done right and not rushed, and they delivered my car back just like new. Tim kept me updated through phone calls weekly and I appreciate the great customer service. I would definitely recommend this body shop for any repairs.

::Colorado Auto Body rocks! I had to get my car's front fender replaced through an insurance claim and they handled everything perfectly. Car looks great and they worked directly with the insurance company. Hope I don't have to use them again anytime soon but will recommend them from now on.

::I went here recently to have one of my rear view mirrors replaced. I was pleasantly surprised by how great the customer service I received was. I emailed back and forth with their service consultant Mike Harrison and he was nothing but patient and helpful with looking at different options for the replacement part and getting me a quick estimate. I ended up buying my own mirror and bringing it with me to have them install it for me. It took them about 15 minutes to install and they did not charge me for the installation! I would definitely recommend Colorado Auto Body to anyone who needs body work done.

::I had to use CAB twice. The first time I had been backed into in a parking lot and so my back right door had to be replaced. They updated me throughout the process and sent pictures. That's always nice. When I got my car back it looked nice and the door functioned the same as before. However, they left a huge part of my old destroyed door, metal and glass, in my trunk? As the months passed I noticed that my door looked different than the others on the inside. There is a huge space in between where the interior part of the door is connected to the outer or metal part. I haven't contacted the owner directly yet but thought I would go ahead and review here because I was asked to originally anyway. So, I was happy with this repair and the functionality but I don't think it was correctly done now that I look at it and would like to have this seen about. My second time using CAB was a few months later. A drunk driver hit me and ran. My front left bumper and above that tire was damaged as well as my headlight. I had already used this shop once and I must say it wasn't as nice of an experience. The man who had helped me the first time who was so nice had been let go. So the man who helped this time around almost didn't take me seriously. I didn't get near as many updates this time around, I found myself calling to check. When I finally got my car back I got in to drive away just to find a new warning light I had never seen on before. I got out and had to wait another hour for them to fix a mistake they made and were going to leave me with. It was a good thing that my warning light came on then or I could've drove off and been held liable. When I brought this to their attention it was almost like they tried to say they didn't do it and seemed annoyed that I would even dare say so? Yet I had never seen the warning. They ended up fixing it though. I give 3 stars because it wasn't a completely horrible experience overall. They did fix it, other than the door being incorrect, and the paint and finishes look just the same as my original color. I got better customer service the first time around but it was fair the second time. I will be contacting them to see what they can do about my door if they don't see this review.
