  Do not go here! The owner and service is horrible! I took my friend to Color Me Mine at South Hills Village Mall to celebrate her birthday. We were so disappointed when we arrived and there was hardly any merchandise or paint to pick from. There were no mugs and no plates! We were understanding that their order had not come in and settled on other items. When we came to pick up our items one piece was missing. It was a birthday platter that I made with My Family's last name painted on it. We called the store numerous times and we're told that there was no manager just an owner and that she would get back to us. We continued to call before she finally sent a text message. She stated the plate was lost and asked how she could make things right. I responded that if my plate could not be found a refund to redo the experience would be acceptable. She responded that she would send a refund check. A month after finally being told that a refund would be issued still nothing has been resolved!
