  I work part time in the building. One morning, I pulled into the garage and the ticket machine wouldn’t print out any tickets. I pressed the intercom button and informed them of the problem. They remotely opened the entrance gate and let me through. The next day, the same thing happened. I pressed the intercom button again and informed the of the problem once more. The woman on the intercom told me “unfortunately, I can’t remotely open the gate”, even though someone had done it for me less than 24 hours earlier. She told me to use the other entrance (which requires a monthly pass that I don’t have). I told her the person on the intercom the day before opened the gate remotely, she just repeated herself. If you’re going to LIE about not being able to remotely open the entrance gate, make sure it’s someone who doesn’t know that you actually can...

  This is without a doubt the worst parking garage I have ever used. There are frequently delays in leaving because of gate issues and the pricing is random and unclear. After the latest parking increase I will no longer be using this garage but instead will use the one across the street. Avoid if possible.
