  We began working with Colleen Meehan early for prequalification on a 30-year fixed conventional mortgage as we looked for a new home. Colleen was always helpful, friendly, professional and on top of each step in loan approval/closing process. We turned down incentives from our bank and the builder's preferred lender to work with Colleen and the local Colonial Mortgage team. Colleen and Colonial made it seem easy and stress-free.

  This was my first time purchasing a home. Dana and her team were very professional, and guided me through the process. The seller had a bit of a tight deadline, but Colonial was able to process everything timely. Thanks for your help!

  Best place to get a mortgage. Loan officers are very friendly and knowledgeable. On my home mortgage process Christen Lee guided me each and every step and she worked very hard to get me lower APR. They all are knowledgeable and work extra hard to get things done correctly.

  Reached out to get a home loan over the weekend and was contacted Monday for all my information to run credit checks and all that jazz. I was told over the phone that I Qualified for x amount. With the market in this area I moved quickly on trying to find a house. The lender never got back with me to provide any documentation. My realtor needed this documentation to offer so she suggested I reach out to her lender. It was already Thursday by this time so I reached out to the lender around 12 noon and had an answer AND documentation for an approval for MORE money by Friday morning. 24 hour turn around.. AMAZING. In this market speed is of the essence. I did not feel important to the lender the as it took him a week to get a possible MAYBE approval after he told me I was good. Glad I had an realtor to point me in the right direction because colonial sure did not.
