::Have lived here for 5 years my husband going on 9 years. Management is unbearable. Very two face. Community itself allot of issues such as cockroaches, no amenities and very low maintenance but rent is high. Once we can, we are out of here! Dont move here unless desperate.

::As a resident who has now lived here for almost 2.5 years under two different managers, I can tell you how good this park has become from what it was. Previous management did very little to improve anything and I was almost ready to look for another place when the new manager took over almost 2 years ago. The constant noise, arguments, and disregard for mutual respect and common decency has improved 110%. The transients that were constantly moving thru the park are gone. The weeds, trash, and filth that used to prevail throughout the place have been cleaned up and the individual spaces greatly improved. Of course nothing and no one is ever perfect so there is much more to do but I'm not planning on going anywhere else. The park is at almost 100% occupancy and so anyone looking for a good place to live should get on the waiting list ASAP.

::I recently moved in and I am still adjusting to my new home. I want to give the manager Ms.Flores a 5 star rating. She has a very positive attitude and very welcoming. Any problem or concern I have had, was either taken care of immediately or with in the next few days. I have been renting ever since I was 18 and I have not came across a manager that is on top of their game like Ms.Flores. Thank you for your positive attitude and awesome job!!
