  Another incredible historic African American cemetery in Houston's fourth ward that has mostly been neglected. Established during the time of racial segregation and when W. Dallas was known as San Felipe. Many notable burials. A stand out is that of Rev. Jack Yates. Heads up...the entrance is poorly marked and only a narrow gravel road leads in with little room to turn around. Parking is virtually non existent. I plan on going back for a better look.
