Bought a baby pet rat on a whim. Little guy was so sick, he almost died. Horrible respritory infection. Had to be on oxygen and nebulizer treatments. What started out as a $7 rat and carrier purchase, has become a $277 and growing vet bill!! The poor little guy is so covered in mites, he is going to need several treatments to clear them all. This place doesn't care for its animals or the humans who purchase them. Had this rat been purchased as a feeder, it would have made a snake sick. Poor things are kept in drawers for cages and fish tanks with out much air flow and pine shavings for bedding. Anyone knowledgeable about rats, knows not to use pine. No surprise my little boy's lungs are so bad! The guy who sold him to us didn't even realize he had a dead beta fish out on display. If you want a healthy pet for a great price, do yourself a favor, save yourself the heartache and vet bill... go elsewhere.

Went in 5 minutes to closing just to get crickets. I became interested in one of the bearded dragons and talked to the owner about it. He gave me a lot of information on them and a amazing deal on everything I needed for one. He was extreamly helpful and patient. The place is a little crowded but it's what I expected from a little indivusially owned pet store.
