  It was love at first sight!! I really liked this place. II personall think there are some things you should take into consideration if you plan to come here. FirstThis gym is mainly old school. It caters to lifters, and powerlifters, you won't find the trendiest machines here, but instead the real sturdy machines with real iron that unfortunately are slowly vanishing from gyms these days. I promise that every piece of machine will make you work your ass off!! Second There's no sauna, or super nice bathrooms with surplus amenities which again, that's not the main focus of this place; here you workout, and go home. On the other hand, The hours are GREAT!! And lastly yes the place is dirty, but you can live with it.

  Not 24/7 Voicemail still says 24/7 as does their front desk.. are you brain dead ? Asked before coming in on sunday... it was closed.

  Love this place,real gym for real men,old school bodybuilding is alive and well. Thank God. If you serious about your bodybuilder careers,this is the place for you.

  Make sure you bring cash or your own beverage. New owner removed all the water coolers so as to make sure you buy their stuff. Other than that, and the serious lack of hygiene here these days, it's still an awesome gym. Plenty of weight and equipment to keep me busy... while they still stand. This gym will suffice to build up your strength, body... and immune system. P.S. The same poor conditions were found in owner's previous, failed, gym. High Definition, Brooklyn. Srs, look it up!

  Great place to workout if your a hardcore lifter Been coming here for 3 years and they still haven't fixed or replaced the broken lockers in the locker room
