::I have been a loyal customer of Collette for several years. Tonight the desserts were incredibly delicious and artistically beautiful. I have read through several of the reviews that have been critical of the new owner. I have to totally disagree with those who believe that the previous owner provided a better product and cafe experience. The new owner has taken a great bakery to an even higher level of excellence. Do not listen to the naysayers! This place a jewel in Alpharetta. Keep up the great work!

::I had a small dinner party and realized I forgot dessert. I live nearby and always told myself I should go try it. Finally, decided to pop in. The pastries were fabulous! I could really taste each individual flavor and it wasn't overly sweet. Everyone loved them. Someone even mentioned they were too pretty that they looked fake. Regretting trying this place because now I'll be buying more often!

::Everything looks so good! We had the mini fruit mousse cakes. More like a custard. So rich and smooth to the taste. You can tell it's very high quality ingredients. Definitely will be back again!

::First time here and enjoyed it. The spinach quiche was good with a light flaky crust and peach tart was also good and had a light crust also. There were several French sparkling water flavors, I had the lemonade. Dessert wise there were several individual chocolates and pastries items. I would go back.

::First time and not the last time visiting here. Had the mushroom puff pastry for lunch. Took home some chocolate eclair and fruit tart for Elly. Baked fresh daily and constantly rotating selection. Will definitely be my new bakery near work. Updated this review to 5 star after we got to try the pastries I brought home. Iâm sold and will DEFINITELY be back for more and more.
