  Bought a helmet there from Rex. He is awesome! Possibly the most knowledgeable person I’ve been served by in any retail establishment. Which includes the “Boot Master” trained guy at REI. Rex helped me find the right helmet for my weird alien shaped head which I’ve struggled for years to fit properly. He spent over an hour with me, measured my head and got me a helmet that fits right. Super patient and friendly. Then he gave me a really good price which I verified online. Cool dude at a cool shop! I’m a super dedicated customer now.

  I inquired about the availability of several OEM, hard to find Honda parts for my 48 year old bike. To my surprise, I was met with patience, alternatives and straightforwardness with my "new" parts guy, Mr. Mitch Mills. He exercised a natural professionalism and phone etiquette that should be mimicked throughout this industry. Outside of Coleman PS, thus far, this is not the norm. I appreciate this in a motorcycle parts dept. Kindly, recognize Mitch for his performance. You've earned me as a new customer and my many future endorsements in the near future. Thank you

  I have been riding bikes my entire life, used to work for Honda Motorcycles myself back in the 90's and have had over 60 bikes so I am familiar with a lot of different dealerships and salespeople, both good and no so good. After a bit of searching for my newest bike I called Coleman Powersports and spoke with Renaldo on the phone for a bit regarding availability, colors, price, licensing and even a trade. Renaldo was very clear, genuine and honest throughout the entire purchasing process... yes an honest salesman! When he said he would do something, he did it! AAA+++ for this gentleman. This was my first experience with this dealership and awesome salesman and I highly recommend both!

  Bought my first motorcycle here. Had a great experience with the staff. Everyone there was helpful to me. This place had a lot of variety on bikes and gear. And none of the sales people were pushy. As a new rider I knew nothing about gear, and Rex helped me out. He found the best stuff for me in my price range. And Vic in fiance was great. He made me feel comfortable about financing and found me a good deal.

  This one is tough. I had great experiences in the past with apparel and several bad experiences when trying to purchase a motorcycle. In the end, they came through and made up for the past experiences, leaving me with a good one. I only wish that it hadn't required me to shake the tree substantially first. That said, those at the upper levels are genuinely interested in insuring good experiences. They did appear to be treating all other customers well when I was there this past weekend. Give them a shot.
