::Nice store, bad employees To make a long story short, i was sent to this location by the online department to process a simple exchange. This didn't happen however because for whatever reason the manager, Kelly, did not feel like approving the exchange. I do not know why, nor do i know why they would be so happy to turn someone away as they did. It seems to be something they are accustomed to doing because my sales rep seemed too eager to tell us NO. I called the online department and spoke with a supervisor named Nick that referred all of this to the district manager of this store but i have yet to hear from anyone. My recommendation for anyone thinking of going here is to think again. Visit Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, even Nordstrom Rack and receive better pricing and better service and they wont give you a hard time because of an online order. Btw there's also a very pushy sales vibe, i do not know if they are on commission but you can sense desperation, which doesn't explain why they would turn my business away. I am looking forward to hearing from the district manager. I never advocate for anyone losing their job but I definitely recommend better training for Kelly and the other young lady that"assisted" me that day.

::I tired to go to this store a few days ago but it was locked with a sign saying the AC was out. I have called several times yesterday and today and no one answered the phone -- it just rang and rang and rang. I would suggest that they put a message on the phone letting customers know whether they are open or closed. I'm wondering whether they have gone out of business altogether.
