  Don't buy online if you count on being able to return them. I bought a few shoes and send a few of them back but UPS lost them and is ready to issue a refund but it has to go through Cole Haan as they paid for the label. Well, Cole Haan refuses to claim the refund and do any processing so I basically lost a few hundred dollars with them although it should be a simple matter to resolve.

  Maria who helped me order shoes online as they weren't in stock @ store was super helpful . 5 stars great service .

  Nice downtown location. The shop isn't super huge but enough to find something you'd like. I got some zerogrand shoes here and love them.

  Service was slow. Poor customer service. The day after my purchase of 4 pairs of shoes, I realized there was a coupon for 30% off. When I called the store they demanded I return to their store to get my price adjustment. I was 3000 miles away and going back to the store was not possible. They were completely unaccommodating - which is surprising for a supposedly high end store.
