::This is the second time I went there in person to test size and style of something I had seen online. both times I ended up picking up a pair. It's a bit chaotic there because of location as it gets a lot of traffic but they have a decent number of sales rep who help out. The comfort of the loafers I picked was amazing, I was replacing an existing pair of Cole Haan loafer. It was good to compare and see the difference and how comforting the new design is. After 30% off it was still somewhat expensive but if all goes well this could last for another 4 years/seasons.

::First time buying Cole Haan, and I am very happy about it. The sales staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The shoes are great. I bought their leather tennis shoes and they are amazingly comfortable. On a whim I also bought their flip flops, and I was a little apprehensive on spending $70 on flip flops. I went on vacation and wore them almost every day, they are totally the most comfortable things you have ever worn. Highly recommended!!!
