  Dont buy custom cakes from this place... They messed up my sons birthday cake... did not follow any instructions... made it however they felt like... messed up his name... then when i asked them to fix it the person who decorates the cake all the sudden went home for the day at 3pm in the afternoon... store opened at 12... The cake was as disgusting as the rude arrogant disrespectful employees that work there... Do yourself a favor and go to a bakery or carvel... even a super market cake would be a better choice than this s**t hole...

  Worst place EVER!! Drove 45mins to get cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday at school. Big mistakes. The guy said they’ve been out and they’re in the making of making some Today... like really? Then had to nerve to tell me to get a small cake.

  Wasn't as magical of an experience as it used to be. Drove up with my family and friends in search of the amazing experience that we experienced in the past. The kids have fun either way but the customer service was really lacking. Obviously the ice cream was amazing its cold stone.
