  A group of my friends and I went and the ice cream was delicious. Really do recommend this.

  Horrible experience on my birthday, nonetheless. Ordered a Birthday Cake online the day before I wanted to pick it up, receive a call asking me what kind of ice cream and what kind of cake I wanted, I let the person know and we hang up. Literally 30 seconds later, I call back stating I changed my mind, and such person states she would call me back. Did I get a call? NO! The next day I come in to pick up my cake. The writing was ordered in pink but done in purple. When I arrive home and open the container, a fly is inside. I call, complain, am told I would receive a call from the manager. Did I get a call? NO. Stay away from this place. Horrendous customer service and obviously must not be a clean place either.

  As always good ice cream... but some of the worst service I've encountered. Slow, confused on the register, and inconsistent serving sizes.

  Ice cream of course is nice... But don't go 45 mins before closing time because you'll have to mix your own ice cream. The younger guy working tonight was rude and looked like we just interrupted him from closing early. I understand it's 45 mins to closing time and you want to leave at 10 on the dot, but we come to Cold Stone for a reason and would expect the same service as other amazing Cold Stones. So I wanted Founder's Favorite and I got vanilla ice cream with a brownie on top with some caramel and fudge drizzle...... It started falling out of the cup so I asked for the larger cup so it wouldn't pour out. Just disappointed in this service.
