  Should be renamed “Dollar Topping” Cold Stone Pardon the ethnicities but: -the white female employee in charge of your order, makes you feel like its a favor that she owed you by getting the order ready for you. Servings of the toppings are likewise meager in quantity - the asian lady at the counter believes in no customer service , apparently her husband owns the place As a bonus you might be greeted with the doors locked and employees chilling inside at 22:50 despite closing states 23:00

  Horrible service! I ordered a signature ice cream flavor and told the girl making it all the mix ins to put in. She did this with so much attitude..eye roll and all. Then when I tried to ask to speak to a manger, she said that he wasn’t around. Also, they were suppose to close at 11, but one of the employees tried to have the doors locked at 10:43, that’s 17 mins before closing. Super unprofessional. I’ve been to tons of Cold Stone Creameries, but unfortunately won’t be back to this location!

  Love love love this place!!! The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Plus the ice cream is delish.

  My family and I have been enjoying cold stone ice cream for many years now, but today’s experience was a different story. 1st, the portions were very small, barely reaching the top of the cups see photos attached. To add to that, the service by the 2 teenage employees was horrible and unprofessional. When I asked them to correct the error and bring the portion size to where it should be, the answer was “it’s enough”. So I’ll let you decide about that. Bottom line, I will never stop by the Westwood cold stone branch again
