  Young asian kids work there are always nasty and talk down to you. Im law enforcement and my son is 38 we walked out and 4 people followed us. Terrible customer service i wrote to corporate tonight.

  I went into Coldstone for 3 milkshakes that I promised my kids. The young man who was helping me was polite and courteous. He made the shakes for me and I asked the yound man if he could give me rest of the milkshake that was left in the blender in a small cup. He was about to give me the remainder of the shakes when is co-worker told him that he couldn't and it would be extra. I ask this co-worker why would it be extra and surprisingly he could not answer or give me a direct answer.
