  We went in around 9:50, and a group of 7 or 8 kids came in about five minutes after us. We hadn't been taken care of yet as they were finishing up with people ahead of us, but when one of the workers was finally free they walked right past my girlfriend and I and started taking care of the group. She even specifically asked the group "are you guys all together", implying she was planning to handle their whole crew....while the two of us just stood there wondering what was going on. Personally, I assumed one of her co-workers was going to handle us next and handle just the two of us quick while she handled the group. Nope. He never finished doing whatever it was he was doing for the people ahead of us. When a member of the group behind us got his ice cream and paid while we just stood there, I finally spoke up. She was on her way to the next person in the group BEHIND us, when I tried to explain that we were just standing there waiting. Her response? She immediately blamed us for the snafu. Somehow, we had made a serious error in judgement, etiquette, and manners by simply walking into the entrance of the establishment and patiently waiting to pay for icecream. It was probably our fault the group behind us showed up at all, too. We left, with no ice cream, when she kept telling us it was our fault she ignored us. One of the most idiotic customer-service experiences I've ever had. We went to Vons and bought Magnum ice cream bars and Ben & Jerry's, instead. Never going to this site again. That girl is terrible at her job. Just awful. If they allow that kind of behavior in their employees, what else is going on there??

  It's Cold Stone the same no matter where you go and somehow their employees are always amazingly Pleasant to be around plus their ice cream is really good

  Cold Stone I have taken our family to Cold Stone dozens of times successfully, but our experience this time around wasn’t as enjoyable. When we arrived we were greeted with a long line which we decided to brave. After waiting for about 10 minutes and barely moving, we called an audible and left to go to a different place. There was no way our kids were going to be able to wait that long for their ice cream and crankiness was starting to set in!

  Cold Stone is my favorite Ice Cream Chain! All of the flavors are rich in flavor and absolutely delicious. Mckenzie was our server and she was so friendly and let me sample a few different flavors before I finally decided to go with just classic chocolate. MMMM so good though!

  I was craving ice cream after a long day at Disneyland with my mother and cousin and only one employee named Andrew helped all 3 of us . While the other two employees were on their phones and refused to help Andrew after he asked them to help with 2 of us waiting to pay meanwhile he is working on the 3rd cup as well. Also there were no customers beside us 3 in the store.. Andrew did an excellent job helping all 3 of us !
