  Our weekend at this B&B was wonderful. The owner and staff were super gracious and accommodating and all very kind. The building and our room were clean and nicely laid out with a marble bathroom and comfortable bed. A wide variety of complimentary snacks and cold drinks were available in the common area. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the quaint village of Cold Spring within steps of great shops and a short walk to the waterfront. It's also centrally located close to hiking, kayaking, art and architecture - Dia:Beacon and Storm King, Manitoga, Boscobel and shopping. The restaurant downstairs was also great, lots of variety to choose from and all delicious. They let us order breakfast early before they "officially" opened so that we were able to get an early start. Very thoughtful owner and staff. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great weekend getaway in the scenic Hudson Valley.

  Came to cold spring on the train for a weekend away with my boyfriend. Stopped at the silver spoon for lunch when the server told us about their new bed and breakfast. We went to see it and the owner, Jimmy, have is an amazing deal on our room! Breakfast at the restaurant was included, and it was amazing! Digital TV, free WiFi, right in town and close to the train. Not to mention the free buffet of snacks and drinks in the lobby! We already planned another weekend back, highly recommended as a place to stay and eat!
