::Went there later afternoon/early evening. Machine was out of order and frozen on a "please wait" screen. I called the customer service number and got a recording saying to call back during regular business hours. In other words, I went all the way out there and wasted my time for nothing. I mean, why would customer service be available during hours when customers might actually need service? That would be entirely too logical! UPDATE: Got ahold of customer service, reported the outage, and they were actually quite helpful. They assured me it would be fixed promptly, so I came back. Did a few transactions over the span of a week or so. Then the ATM stopped letting me buy BTC. Contacted customer service again. Turns out this ATM has a $300 lifetime limit for purchasing BTC. RIDICULOUS!!! Apparently if I want to buy more, I have to go through coincafe's website and give them all sorts of horribly intrusive personal information. This ATM is a total bait-and-switch waste of time.

::the facility was open. I walked in and found the described ATM plus one for IBC.. I used the IBC with out any issues. 4$ service charge.
