  Do not use this machine, or visit this Vons! Frank, the manager is one of the rudest people you can meet. The coins stuck in the terminal. After waiting 10 minutes for him to come by the kiosk, he ensured me it was my fault and he can't fix the coinstar. There is only one girl who can he stated!? I had to leave my phone number. The next day, my receipt was printed. The 11.9% was not waived, and the" book keeper" was just as rude as Frank..She said the coinstar is 3rd party and they can't help(or care)..
