::Don't use this place unless you have no choice. You cant use cash (they make you buy a card) and that card doesnt use the balance that you pay for. Ive never seen this anywhere else in the country. Its not much, but its the principle. I dont live here but they are unfair to their customers.

::I like this laundromat because its never too busy, its always clean, the gentleman who works in the evenings is super friendly and helpful and the dryers are awesome.

::The last time I was here I tried using the washer; came here 8 am all of the washers and dryers were out of service. Then I waited till 8 or 9 before a manager came in and reset everything. Now it is June 7th and I came in at 6:30pm washed my clothes but all the dryers broke down at 7:00pm...I had to wait till 7:49 before the manager came in so I can dry clothes. It has been over an hour. Plus there was other customers here all doing washing at the same time...we all waited till 7:49 before we could do drying. There was this crazy ass family of brats saying they were going to air dry. Who does air-dry. The last thing is before I left a week ago I had 4 dollars on my card. Today I speak with a Spanish speaking woman who knows little English...I tell her they had the same problem last week and now I check my card which should have 4 dollars but it says I have 1.95! So she hands my card to a Spanish speaker and he listens to my story again...he begins to interpret but instead goes in his own pocket and adds money on my card. All because the system was down and the lady wasn't listening to the English. Then when the manager comes in and I explain that customer should get paid (he was still here waiting) the manager tells me they can't help the guy...only me. Even though they didn't help me.
