  I am a new patient of Dr. Gatien and CoHo medical group and they are just amazing! They really listen to you and make sure you are in 100% good health!! Dr. Gatien was able to discover a problem other doctors had ignored/not paid attention to in the past and start fixing the issue early. I am truly greatly CoHo cares about their patients and go above and beyond. I am feeling back to great health, and have recommended them to all my friends and family.

  If you work or don't, you owe it to yourself to check out Concierge Medicine with Dr. Greenspahn. I started on the plan in 2021 when I was working, and the ability to get good medical care with an active schedule was in my case, probably the best decision I have ever made. While off work and getting treatment for a condition that the Doctor diagnosed, the money saving features of his Direct Primary Care Plan were simply priceless. As I get ready to go back to work, I have had to make some adjustments to my spend. I am pleased to say that Primary Health Care with Dr. Greenspahn and the remarkable folks at the Coho Medical Group wasn't one of them!

  Dr. Greenspahn is one of if not the best doctor I have gone too. My fiancé and I called in on a whim and he was able to get us both in the following day. His staff are absolutely amazing. Alicia and Austin are welcoming and easy to talk to, make you feel right at home. I feel like everyone in his office actually cares. If there were more doctors like Dr. Greenspahn then the world would be a much better place.

  Dr. Greenspan was extremely relatable / down to earth and the staff was very welcoming and friendly, too (best I have come in contact with and I have been to many doctors and facilities being a type 1 diabetic). Explained everything very thoroughly and listened to all my questions and concerns. My normal experience with many doctors is they want to get me in and out as quick as possible, so they can get to the next patient and this couldn't have been a more opposite and pleasant experience. I normally dread going to see a doctor and now I actually enjoy it. Would and will recommend to friends and family.

  I highly recommend this practice/medical team. Both Austin and Alicia, the office staff/medical assistants, are always are SO friendly and go the extra mile to help patients. Any questions/scheduling needs are addressed quickly, their billing is very transparent/affordable and my appointments are always on time. Dr. Scott Greenspahn is very knowledgeable and has helped push me to make progress with both mental and physical health in ways that I am comfortable with. He collaborates to make individualized plans with his patients and checks in on the progress that was made every single visit. He also is fun to talk to and has a great sense a humor. What more could you ask for a doctor?! I moved to Washington a couple of years ago and knew nothing about navigating medical care in a new state. Prior to finding Coho, I called SO many different practices and either did not receive a call back, was overcharged, or was seen by a doctor who did not spend any time getting to know me/didn't care about my overall health. I was frustrated and close to giving up before I found Coho. This practice provided a completely different experience and my opinion is that this is the way health care should be handled by all medial professionals. I would recommend this practice to all of my friends, family, and anyone who is looking for a doctor that actually cares.
