  The apartment is great, untill you actually settle in there. Thats when it starts becoming faulty

  Spoke with a guy named Garland yesterday to come in at 2:30 p.m. today and look at a one bedroom coming up for availability. It was locked up, Norma came up by 2:30 but said she still at lunch and I can't come in until 3 and Garland isn't here. No apology given, just defensive and that's the way it is attitude= I'm out of here

  I moved in 12/1/2017 & Ms Norma is amazing since the day I met her. I love this place it's on point with ANY!!! problem no bugs r rats security is OK too thanks Cobble Hill

  Broke my lease here because of the roach problem they keep saying they will spray they charge a pest fee which if your going to charge that don’t have a request automatically just spray all the apartment units. Plus there was always fights outside my window and guns pulled out. I was pregnant when I moved here it is not safe! Pool was shut down all the time no parking plus hot water wouldn’t stay on you would have to take a quick shower ended up having burns on my chest from it turning hot to cold than extremely hot. I literally didn’t even unpack my stuff when I moved in because the moment I went into the bathroom there was roaches everywhere. Kitchen was infested and the bath tub and dish washer looked like someone was shot. This place is god awful! It sucks I really thought it was nice and I check the reviews everywhere I go. Here’s a heads up if u can deal w roaches and fights and no parking and pay cheap rent this place is for you but if not pay little more and steer clear of Oakland Hills street! I’m forever traumatized from this place!

  PLEASE I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS. Let me tell you why. First off they charge everyone a double deposit even if it doesn't require one. then on top of that they have a roach problem. your rent always goes up a 100 dollars or more each month. they never fix anything and the crime rate is very high. i had my car and home broken into twice.. oh did i mention that they will do everything in there power not to give you your deposit back. i have ask 9 people that lived there and they all said the same thing that they charge us for all type of stuff so they did not have to give the deposit back. please do not move into cobble hill you will have a better chance living on the streets.
