  I beleive they are doing human sex trafficking in the small boarded up rooms on each lot. And possibly lot next door eith motorhomes and trailers and shipping containers...scarry loud screams loud banging and odd traffic and odd behaviour of certain residents...someone needs to check each small boarded up building asap

  The so called maintenance guy forgot how to use bleach in the bathroom,the manager is nice,this place is no longer renting,it closes in five months

  Nice park close to.freeway your RV has to be 2000 and newer. Rent space for 10'x 32 is $650 utilities $25 a month. 6month maximum stay then you have to move. Lacked showers on site only 2.

  I lived here for almost 6 months. The location right next to I-5&8 is great. It's also a stones throw from forests island and tecelote canyons and Coronado brewing company! The staff were professional and available most of the time. The bathrooms have room for improvement.

  No problems while I stayed here. I never felt unsafe or had any problems with neighbors or management. The price is right and location is perfect for visiting San Diego beaches and downtown.
