::Coastal Cookies, I just came into one of your stores in Jacksonville FL, which I come to almost 3x a week and order cookies and for the past couple of times I've went, there has been an extremely rude girl working the counter. Today I had enough and walked out. I am a bigger girl,and today when I placed an order an order for 4 quarter pound bags of cookies, she stared and gave me a disgusted look then burst out laughing at me. I have never felt so humiliated in my life and I will never go back to this place again. Until she is gone you have lost my business which is sad because I tell everyone how much I love this place. Not anymore. She made me feel ashamed to order these cookies. I have attached a picture below of the girl because she was not wearing a name tag. Her head is turned in the picture but she is the one with short hair and a cap. I took this before I walked out.
