  I think some people don't realize this is a WHOLESALE company. They do not sell to the public, and are not responsible for the pricing or damages after they have arrived at the RETAILER.

  Your furniture looks great but is built cheap and has no quality. My lower right mirrored door on the credenza 56326 cracked and you will not let me order a new door, I was told by the lady that answered your phone I would have to buy a new 799.00 credenza. I have been to several stores and seen the same credenza priced from 599 to 1100. What is with the big difference in prices? why cant someone get parts for Items that are still being Built? Finally, I have never seen furniture that breaks apart so easily! I am going to send the same letter to the BBC. You all need to handle business better!

  This company has the worst customer service skills!!! Their reception people are rude and their sales manager does not care about resolving the poor customer service. In this day and age when both retailer and consumer have so many choices as to where they spend their money, this is the only wholesale furniture company that actually is not interested in selling it's merchandise! Good Luck with that reputation.
